    Job Description:


    • Provide quality technical support to our growing customer and operations base

    • Investigate, assess, and solve technical and operational issues and see through to resolution

    • Work proactively to provide updates to our customers by providing progress updates on outstanding queries

    • Escalate severe cases to appropriate teams for a deeper-dive, as needed

    • Create regular reports and provide updates on issue resolution and case status resolution to appropriate teams, as needed

    • Submit documented bugs and feature requests arising from customer and operations issues

    • Help to build and maintain “best practices” and self-solve guides enabling customers to solve their own issues


    • Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (a second language is highly beneficial)

    • Knowledge of mobile platforms, i,e. iOS, Android

    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SQL

    • Strong time-management skills

    • Excellent customer service skills and pride in providing a high level of service

    Nice to have:

    • Experience working in tech support related to e-commerce

    • Enthusiasm for e-scooters and making our cities more liveable

    • Experience working in the mobility sector
