    Job Description:

    What you will do:



    • Contact person and interface for service providers

    • Train and coach external clients in usage of our external interfaces

    • Collect feedback from external clients 

    • Work together with our development teams to adopt this input. Actively help us improve our process and toolsets,

    • Research of problems and writing integration reports for integrating parties


    What you should bring:



    • Your technical background is strong and based on a technical degree or professional experience and allows you to understand technical interfaces, specifically RESTful APIs 

    • You have more than one year of experience working in an e-commerce startup

    • You are a result focused, business minded person with a strong customer orientation

    • You have very good communication and negotiation skills

    • Business fluent English, written and oral. German is an advantage

    • You have professional experience using cloud
