About the Position
For our Fleet Performance and Diagnostics Centers department in SGRE Service we are looking for a passionate process specialist to drive our processes, tools & methods enabling efficient business operation.
The fleet Performance and Diagnostics Centers are located in Spain, UK and Denmark and is Globally responsible for remote operations and analytics on our ever-growing global fleet of 27.000+ Wind Turbines in 78 countries.
As our Process Specialist You will be responsible for defining our processes with input from the key stakeholders. About the role
As a Process Specialist you will be responsible for the design and implementation of processes within Fleet Performance and Diagnostics Centers, together with the supporting elements (systems, documentation, KPIs etc.) so, the processes can be measured, analyzed and improved continuously. You will play an indispensable role for the success of the department and you will support and train the organization along with updating and improving processes regularly in our Process Management System ensuring the department at all times are ready for an audit. You will ensure processes are aligned and fully integrated with other parts of SGRE organization and their different stakeholders.
You will Facilitate/run continuous improvement projects by e.g. performing improvement workshops, performing value stream analysis, gathering input from stakeholders, overseeing workflows etc.
Some travel days are expected as part of the role to take part of project activities
This role reports to the Head of Fleet Performance and Diagnostic Centers within SGRE Global Service.
• Experience with business process management.
• Business level English (speaking and writing).
• Advanced user of MS Office with strong flair for IT tools and systems in general.
• Outgoing, flexible, self-driven and proactive personality, capable of multitasking, structuring own work assignments and meeting deadlines.
• You are strong on deliverables and implementation being an excellent communicator who can work with people of all nationalities and across organizational levels
• Having a holistic approach whilst focusing on the details.
• You thrive in a large and dynamic organization with colleagues from all over the world.
• A supportive and service-minded approach to your colleagues and ownership mentality towards Siemens Gamesa.
