These roles are open to Graduate/Junior Developers right up to Seniors.
Your new role
You'll work in a Dev team of 7 with plans to grow to double figures in 2020. With operations across voice comms, connectivity, security and cloud services there's good variety in the services you'd be supporting. You'll also receive direct feedback from the users so can see the direct impact of your work.
The culture is key here, key to their hiring process and key to the reason Devs stay happy. Everyone pulls in the same direction and is extremely supportive no matter the issue. You'll be encouraged to identify areas of self-improvement and will have regular sessions to help, be it mindfulness, tech skills or outside of work.
Hierarchy has been abolished and the flat structure means everyone has a voice, and everyone has the opportunity to take the lead on elements of projects. What you'll need to succeed
The team subscribe to clean coding practices and SOLID design patterns. They also run Agile and are pushing Azure DevOps in the team so there is good opportunity to work with these from an early point.
At the lower end of the scale we need a minimum or 12 months experience (could be placement year) and more experienced Developers will be rewarded DOE.
