    Job Description:

    We are looking for a reliable IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) who wants to work in a thriving startup that provides clients with the leading SaaS employee referral solution.


    We need support for 20 hours per week (for part-time and working student applicants). This position is a maternity leave replacement and implies a one-year-temporary contract.


    Your responsibilities



    • Taking over responsibility for our internal Information Technology including computers, network, troubleshooting, and some security topics

    • Providing IT support for our ~50 employees

    • Administration of accounts and permissions, including creation and termination

    • Continuous improvement and automation of internal IT processes

    • Creation of new documentation and maintenance of current articles for accuracy

    • Procurement and inventory of hardware and software

    • Supporting our external data protection agency and CTO in data protection issues


    Your profile



    • Professional education (or university degree) in an IT-related area, or ongoing studies in the same

    • Experience working as a Systems Administrator is a bonus

    • You have experience in many of the following topics: network technology, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Office 365, DNS, Ubiquiti systems, Windows, Mac OSX, backup strategies, virtualization, helpdesk/support

    • You are highly independent in your work, but you also enjoy working in a team

    • You are proficient in written and spoken English, and ideally also in German
