About the role
As a Customer Integration Engineer, you are a vital member of our Customer Success Team. You take ownership of our customer needs by ensuring that our customer issues are managed and solved on time.
You are responsible to monitor, identify, troubleshoot and document our customers’ service requests or issues affecting our data management platform (DMP).
You participate in customer onboarding projects and own specific parts of the process.
You will focus on project delivery, implementation consulting, customer assistance and post-implementation support.
You analyze the data platform for reporting, testing and troubleshooting purposes.
You are responsible for entering, tracking and reporting on customer requests using Atlassian JIRA.
You drive and help us to shape our support processes for even better customer experience.
You contribute to the business as a whole by partnering up with our Product and Engineering team on our customers’ priorities.
You successfully completed your IT apprenticeship (EFZ) or a BSc degree in computer science.
You are familiar with data analytics (mostly SQL, if possible Apache Spark) and with data formats like JSON, CSV or Avro.
You master at least one scripting language like Bash and Python and you are familiar with browser technologies like cookies, local storage, etc.
You work independently and you find excellent solutions with your pragmatic mindset.
You have excellent problem-solving skills.
You communicate business fluent in English; any other language is an asset.
Knowledge of Mobile App Platforms (iOS, Android) is a plus.
Software engineering experience is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support for a B2B SaaS company or in a dynamic start-up environment.
Previous experience in the AdTech or MarTech industry.
