    Job Description

    Reporting to the Product Owner for Identity and Access Management, the team is responsible for the implementation, management and operations of central IAM solutions for the Equinor group.
    This exciting and challenging position requires building competence in cross-functional knowledge of business processes, access certification, application connectivity, IT Security and understanding of technology.
    You will work together with HR, Directory Services operations & architecture, as well as architects and engineers from connected technical teams. The team also provide L2/3 support for issue resolution as needed. This role includes the following areas:

    • Identity Access Governance (IAG)
    • Identity Management (IDM)
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
    • Identity Technologies: Microsoft Identity Manager, AD, Azure AD, SAP HR, PKI, Privileged Access Management.


    We are looking for both junior and experienced candidates:

    With knowledge or willingness to learn: 
    • Enterprise Windows Infrastructure
    • Enterprise IT Directory Services 
    • Azure AD and Azure Services
    • Federated logon and MFA solutions
    • IT Security in general 
    • Scripting and automation
    • Public Key Infrastructure

    Curious about: 
    • Identity and Access Management 
    • Privileged Identity and Access management
    • Cloud infrastructure in general 

    Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
